Berkshire Housing’s professional property managers and skilled central office personnel have the knowledge, depth and capacity to perform all of the administrative tasks needed to keep a property running smoothly.

This means effectively communicating with residents, owners, trustees and business partners and accurately documenting all communication, maintaining records in accordance with organizational bylaws and preparation and mailing of notices and packages including trustee’s meetings and annual meetings.

We attend meetings with the trustees, vendors, regulatory agencies and unit owners (such as the annual meeting). Our services ensure that current regulatory requirements are met, insurance policies are kept up to date and that the community’s interest is always protected.
